1 Story time 故事时间
There is a family with a father and three sons. 这是由父亲和三个儿子组成的一家。
The sons don't like to work together. 儿子不喜欢合作。
The father is very old and sick now. 父亲如今年迈、身体不好。
He wants to teach his sons a good lesson. 他想给儿子上一节课。
He calls his sons together in his room. 他将儿子召集到房间中。
“Bring me some sticks,” the old man says. 说：“给我带一些木棍，”
Then, he gives the sticks to his sons. 然后，他把木棍给了儿子们。
“Break the sticks!” he says. “折断木棍！”
One by one, they try and try, but they can't break the sticks at all. 一次又一次反复尝试，他们都无法折断所有木棍。
Then the old man says, “Take one of the sticks and break it.” 然后老男人说：“拿出其中一根木棍然后折断它。”
The stick breaks very easily. 木棍很轻易就断了。
The old father looks at his sons. 老父亲看着他的儿子们。
“Do you see, my sons? Stick together, and you will be strong,” he says. “你们看到啦吗，我的儿子们？你们会变强大的，”他说。
The three brothers understand. 三个儿子懂了。
Now they love and help each other. 现在他们团结友爱、互相帮助。
They live happily together. 他们快乐的住在一起。
